Instructional Coach

The instructional coach observes and redirects teachers to ensure high-Quality education and child development services for infants and toddlers, including those with special needs or from diverse backgrounds. This involves implementing a coaching model, assuring compliance with regulations, and establishing comprehensive data and recordkeeping systems for the coaching process.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field, along with two or more years of teaching and supervising experience in a similar role. Essential requirements include knowledge of idea and 504 rehabilitation act regulations, excellent communication skills, and possession of a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and liability insurance.
