The Role As a Swim Instructor, you are the face of the Goldfish curriculum. You’ll help children become confident in the water while ensuring a safe, fun, and "Golden" experience for every family. Core Responsibilities:
Teach & Inspire: Provide high-quality swim instruction based on our proven curriculum.
Safety First: Enforce pool rules, prevent accidents, and maintain a safe environment.
Communicate: Act as a brand ambassador, giving parents regular updates on their child’s progress and "small wins."
Problem Solve: Use creativity to help students overcome fears and reach their milestones.
Maintain Excellence: Ensure the pool area and equipment are clean, organized, and ready for class.
What We’re Looking For We need energetic individuals who love working with kids and want to make a difference.
Experience: Non required. If you love working with kids, we will train you!
Background: Previous experience as a lifeguard, youth coach, camp counselor, or childcare provider preferred.
Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to pass a background check.
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
