CT Elementary Teacher-Bridgeport (2026-27)

Teachers are responsible for creating a positive, achievement-Oriented, and structured learning environment that invests students in reaching ambitious goals while partnering with families to facilitate academic and personal development. Responsibilities also include utilizing interim assessment data to drive instruction and intervention, and implementing unit and lesson plans collaboratively.

Candidates must possess strong instructional and classroom management skills, high personal organization, and embrace feedback for growth. A bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 gpa is required, though candidates with a gpa between 2.5 and 3.0 may submit recommendations; two years of teaching experience and connecticut certification (Or in process) are preferred.
