CT Elementary Teacher-Hartford (2026-27)

Teachers are responsible for creating a positive, achievement-Oriented, and structured learning environment that invests students in reaching ambitious goals while partnering with families to facilitate academic success and personal development. Responsibilities also include utilizing assessment data to drive instruction, implementing lesson plans with the grade team, and exemplifying core values in all interactions.

Candidates must possess strong instructional and classroom management skills, high personal organization, and an openness to feedback for growth. A bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 gpa is required, though candidates with a gpa between 2.5 and 3.0 may submit recommendations; two years of teaching experience and connecticut certification are preferred.
