What You'll Do · Deliver one-on-one and small-group (2–4 clients) training using our science-backed system · Track and report client progress — our technology does the heavy lifting on data · Lead client consultations and help new members understand their program · Manage your session schedule and client accounts · Uphold the studio's cleanliness and professional standards

What We're Looking For · 1+ year coaching experience preferred; strong new graduates considered · Excellent communication and relationship-building skills · Patient, encouraging coaching style — our clients range from 40s to 80s · Availability for early mornings (6am starts) and at least one or two Saturdays per month (8am–2pm) · Preferred not required CPT certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent) · CPR/AED certification preferred
