SOMA - Student Achievement Specialist

This specialist is responsible for developing and delivering college-Specific student services, including academic advising support and career advising for all atsu-Soma students across their four-Year program. Duties involve tracking students needing support, participating in dei curriculum development, and supporting various student achievement team resources.

A master's degree in student services, education, counseling, or a related field is required, along with one to two years of relevant experience in student services. Candidates must be proficient with microsoft office, emailing, and public speaking, and demonstrate strong organizational skills, collaboration, compassion, and cultural proficiency.
