This role involves encouraging positive relationship building and promoting independence among residents, alongside participating in community activities through transportation assistance. Responsibilities also include providing personal care, assisting with activities of daily living, administering medication, and supporting meal preparation.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required, and a valid State of Michigan driver's license is preferred. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs, pass applicable background checks, become certified in CPR/First Aid, and possess basic computer skills.
