Substitute Teacher

The substitute teacher will step into classrooms as needed to support children, maintain consistency, and assist with daily routines and activities across mixed-Age groups (0-6). Responsibilities also include helping to create a warm, safe, and engaging environment and collaborating with staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care.

Candidates must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a warm, friendly, and dependable demeanor, and a passion for working with young children. Minimum qualifications include a negative tb test within the last 12 months and a valid state background check; formal montessori training is not required as training will be provided.
