Skills Trainer

The skills trainer will provide one-On-One support to adults with severe mental illness or addiction, focusing on developing practical and social skills needed for healthier, more independent lives. This involves creating individualized training plans, educating clients and families, and ensuring coordinated care through collaboration with various external partners.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, with additional education being preferred, and require a minimum of two years of experience in skills training or a related social services field. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and strong interpersonal skills are mandatory for this client-Centered role.
