8th grade ELA Pre-AP Teacher - IDEA Donna College Prep (26-27)

Teachers are responsible for ensuring every student masters necessary academic and social skills for college success by implementing state standards and idea curricula to meet ambitious academic expectations. This includes submitting detailed lesson plans, tracking student progress through assessments, and communicating results weekly to students and families.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and demonstrate high content-Area proficiency, preferably with k-12 classroom experience and state certification. Required skills include knowledge of the assigned subject matter, ability to pass a content assessment, strong organizational and communication skills, and the capacity to manage student behavior effectively.
