Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized education and behavior programs, including iep goals and behavior intervention plans, while consistently collecting accurate behavioral and academic data throughout the day. Responsibilities also involve supporting student development in communication, social-Emotional skills, and independence, often requiring hands-On physical support.

Candidates must be registered behavior technicians (Certification preferred or willingness to obtain) and possess a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with severe developmental disabilities, including implementing behavior plans and collecting data, is required.
