School BCBA

The bcba is responsible for developing and overseeing behavior analytic services, ensuring effective implementation of individualized plans, and coaching staff. They will work closely with educators and service providers to support student and participant growth across various domains.

Candidates must have a master’s or phd in aba, psychology, special education, or a related field, along with an active bcba certification. A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting individuals with autism and/Or developmental disabilities is required.
