Core responsibilities
The coach will assist the head swim team coach in writing and leading group workouts aimed at improving swim team members' technique in both indoor and outdoor pools. Responsibilities also include registering new participants and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the aquatics facilities.
Requirements summary
A high school diploma or ged and at least one year of swim coaching experience are required, along with current asca and usa swimming memberships, and cpr/Aed certification. A lifeguard certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
