Coach (Academic, Life Skills, Community Engagement)

Coaches provide direct, relationship-Based support to students in areas such as academics, independent living, and social communication. They facilitate skill-Building, document student progress, and collaborate with staff to ensure consistent support across programs.

A bachelor's degree is required for this role. Candidates should have experience supporting students with diverse learning or social needs and possess a collaborative, flexible mindset.
