Swim Lesson Instructor

Swim lesson instructors are responsible for teaching swimming skills and water safety techniques to participants of all ages in group, private, or semi-Private settings. They must maintain a safe pool environment, evaluate student progress, and assist with facility cleanliness before and after lessons.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old and possess knowledge of water safety practices and equipment usage. Certification in cpr/Aed/First aid is required within 90 days of hire, along with the ability to create a safe and engaging aquatic environment.
