Special Needs Swim Instructor

Special needs swim instructors teach children aged 4 months to 12 years using the goldfish swim school curriculum, adapting lessons to address individual physical, cognitive, emotional, and sensory needs in a safe environment. Responsibilities include working one-On-One or in small groups, maintaining calm and encouraging settings, tracking progress, and communicating with parents.

Candidates must have prior professional or structured volunteer experience working with children with special needs, such as those with autism, down syndrome, or adhd. Essential qualifications include strong patience, calmness, empathy, and the ability to follow safety procedures and lesson plans.
