Core responsibilities
This role involves providing direct health and social services to children and families by conducting screenings, establishing trusting relationships, and facilitating educational trainings based on established curricula. The advocate will also collaboratively develop service plans, monitor case requirements, and maintain necessary records and documentation.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be able to read, speak, and write in both english and spanish in a business setting, along with having at least two years of experience in community-Based services. Required qualifications also include a valid driver's license, passing background checks, physical examination, tuberculosis clearance, and obtaining pediatric first aid and cpr certification.
