If you love working with kids, can step up and lead when needed, and bring positive energy to everything you do—this might be your lane.

The Role As an Assistant Instructor, you’ll support our Lead Instructor during camps, classes, workshops, and birthday parties for kids ages 3–14. You’ll help keep things running smoothly, jump in to guide small groups, and make sure every kid feels engaged and included.

What You’ll Do

Support groups of up to 20 students Help with setup, materials, and cleanup Keep the energy high and the environment positive Encourage creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving Communicate with parents and team members professionally Step in and lead parts of activities when needed

What We’re Looking For

Experience working with kids (babysitting, camps, tutoring, coaching, etc.) Comfortable taking charge of a small group when needed Reliable, upbeat, and ready to jump in Strong communication skills Ability to pass a background check

No teaching degree required—just confidence, responsibility, and a genuine enjoyment of working with kids.

Schedule: Summer camps: up to 40 hours/week Seasonal role with opportunity for ongoing part-time work
