Summer Camp STEM Assistant Instructor

The assistant instructor will support the lead instructor during various youth programs, ensuring smooth operations by assisting with setup, materials, and cleanup for groups up to 20 students. They must maintain a positive environment, encourage engagement, and be prepared to step in and lead parts of activities when necessary.

Candidates must have experience working with children in roles like babysitting, camps, or tutoring, and must be comfortable taking charge of small groups when required. A genuine enjoyment of working with kids, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential, though a formal teaching degree is not required.
