Educational Assistant

Educational assistants support the classroom teacher by assisting in curriculum implementation and completing daily tasks within a safe and high-Quality learning environment. Key duties include collaborating with staff, ensuring classroom expectations are followed, observing student work, and providing individualized support to students struggling with lessons.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and relevant coursework, training, or experience in early childhood or elementary education. Essential requirements include effective communication, strong interpersonal skills, alignment with the organization's statement of faith, and the ability to serve as an exemplary christian role model, passing a level 2 background screening.
