Program & Engagement Associate at West Chester University, Greater Philly Hillel Network

This role is responsible for implementing the hillel's strategic vision for jewish life on campus by working closely with student leadership and reaching out to new and under-Involved students. Key duties include developing meaningful student relationships, planning and implementing ongoing programs like holiday celebrations and shabbat events, and coordinating the monthly calendar of events.

Candidates must possess 1-3 years of post-College experience and a bachelor's degree, along with confidence in initiating and running programs involving students. Essential qualities include an entrepreneurial spirit, superb organizational and communication skills, comfort asking questions, social media proficiency, and a commitment to modeling an authentic jewish self.
