Service Coordinator, Early Intervention

Service coordinators will provide supports and services within the context of the family's typical routines to ensure meaningful relevance for the child's participation in their primary environments. Key duties include processing referrals, scheduling meetings, conducting standardized screenings, ensuring timely service delivery, and maintaining required documentation and system updates.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field such as early childhood, child development, or family studies, and demonstrate knowledge of azeip policies and child development principles. Successful completion of a background clearance and obtaining a level one fingerprint card clearance is mandatory.
