We are expanding and looking for a mission-driven RBT who wants strong supervision, hands-on experience, and meaningful work helping young learners build foundational skills. RISE Pediatric Therapies places the client experience at the center of everything we do. Our mission is to serve families and create a strong, consistent system of support. The RBT works under the ongoing supervision of a BCBA and has access to a Senior Behavior Analyst for additional clinical guidance.
