Youth Job Coach – Summer Program | Paid Training | Mission

The job coach will provide case management, mentorship, and career guidance to participants, assisting with goal setting and developing individualized success plans. Responsibilities also include monitoring workplace performance, providing coaching, and serving as a liaison between participants and employers.

Candidates must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or associate's degree, along with a valid driver's license, active car insurance, and a reliable vehicle. Strong communication, mentorship skills, and the ability to pass a background check and drug/Alcohol screening are essential.
