Youth Development Professional - Sports Programs

The primary function involves planning, implementing, supervising, and evaluating activities within a specific program area, with a key focus on facilitating and collaborating on sports programming for the designated site. Essential duties include preparing youth for success by fostering positive environments, implementing programs, and ensuring member safety and quality activities.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged and have experience working with children, along with knowledge of youth development principles. Mandatory requirements include the ability to motivate youth, manage behavior problems, plan quality programs, and hold current cpr and first aid certifications.
