The Lead Teacher will be responsible for creating fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring other teachers and promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children. This role also involves taking the lead on classroom management, curriculum implementation, and ensuring compliance with all licensing guidelines and company standards.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess experience leading a classroom and developing educational lesson plans. Applicants must also meet state and center requirements for education and be capable of engaging in physical activity indoors or outdoors with the children.
