  • Job Summary and Responsibilities The California Hospital Medial Center Early Care and Education programs provide early care and education services for infants toddlers and pre-school children.
  • Staff within these programs are charged with nurturing and stimulating the social emotional language cognitive and physical development of each child.
  • Center-based Early Care and Education programs are open year round from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m Monday though Friday.
  • Duties include: Planning and preparing daily classroom activities.
  • Direct instructional services.
  • Maintaining high quality classroom environments Daily record keeping.
  • Job Requirements Required 2 years of experience working with children birth to five years.
  • BA in Child Development or a minimum of 24 Child Development units required.
