Outpatient Counselor/School Based Mental Health Counselor

The outpatient counselor/School based mental health counselor will provide individual and family therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs while building therapeutic relationships that foster growth and resilience. This role also requires ensuring timely and accurate clinical documentation for the assigned caseload and collaborating with a supportive team to deliver high-Quality, client-Centered care.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, social work, counseling, or a similar clinical discipline, along with a verified clinical practicum or current licensure (Lpc, lcsw, lmft) in pennsylvania. A valid pa driver’s license and the ability to travel to the office and schools are also mandatory requirements.
