Child Development Teacher

The child development teacher is primarily responsible for caring for infants and toddlers, addressing their cognitive, social, and emotional developmental needs while ensuring their safety and well-Being under avance's care. This role also involves developing and teaching weekly lesson plans, conducting developmental screenings, and maintaining open, cooperative relationships with each child's family.

Required education is an infant and toddler cda credential, with an associate's or bachelor's in early childhood education preferred. Candidates should ideally have six months of experience in a licensed childcare or early childhood facility, along with cpr/First aid training and computer literacy.
