  • SUMMARY: The tennis pros are responsible for teaching individual and group tennis lessons. They will also encourage and recruit new participants and create exciting and motivating programs and social events to increase retention of tennis members.

  • DUTIES: Teach classes and record progress and participation of students. Take attendance at each class and record in CA Bill all private and group lessons in CA Arrive on time for lessons and programs. Stay a few minutes after the program to allow members to ask questions and feel that they are getting all the attention that they deserve. Aid the Director of tennis in planning, promoting, implementing and evaluating all tennis programs. Call members to participate in programs or match them with other players of the same caliber. Submit information about upcoming programs in Google docs timely. Report any unsafe conditions or broken equipment to Tennis Director or GM immediately. Promote and sell club memberships and programs. Foster a team atmosphere by assisting other staff members as needed. Participate in club events. Other duties as assigned. WORKING Days, evenings and weekends required
