• Duties: Coach members at the correct level in classes, ensuring they receive an effective workout tailored to their abilities. Keep classes exciting and varied by changing music playlists and staying up-to-date on new fitness trends and techniques through continuing education. Maintain a positive rapport with class attendees and communicate effectively with them, addressing any comments or concerns promptly and professionally. Keep studios and equipment neat and in working condition, creating a welcoming and safe environment for members. Collaborate with fitness staff to engage members in other areas of the club and create events that will further enhance their experience. Serve as an ambassador for Elite Sports Club, always providing positive feedback and support to members.
