Transitional Counselor

Transitional counselors assist residents with independent living skills and support clients in developing recovery plans. They also provide advocacy, facilitate rehab groups, and ensure a safe environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of direct care work experience. Proficiency in microsoft 365 and a valid driver's license are also required.
