Transitional Counselor

Transitional counselors assist clients in developing independent living skills and support them in following recovery plans. They also provide advocacy, facilitate rehab groups, and ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Candidates must have a high school equivalent and two years of direct care work experience, along with proficiency in microsoft 365 and electronic health records. Cpr/Aed/First aid training is also required.
