Athletic Trainer

The athletic trainer will coordinate the regional high school outreach program, managing coverage, providing independent injury evaluation and triage at designated high schools, and serving as a liaison between medical staff, coaches, and parents. Additionally, the role involves supporting outpatient sports medicine clinical operations under provider direction and delivering public health-Based injury prevention education to the community.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's or master's degree in athletic training, current boc certification, cpr/Aed certification, and current state licensure for employment. Prior experience of 3 years in a high school athletic training setting or academic sports medicine practice, along with strong clinical judgment and organizational skills, is preferred.
