Orthopedic/Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist - Outpatient

The physical therapist is responsible for evaluating patients' needs for physical therapy and planning and executing individual treatment programs. They will also document patient progress and collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care.

Candidates must be graduates of a capte accredited program and hold a valid michigan state license. Bls certification is also required to meet department protocols.
