Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will deliver high-Quality 1

1 applied behavior analysis (Aba) services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities in various settings under the direction of a bcba. Responsibilities include implementing intervention programs, accurately collecting behavioral data, and communicating professionally with all stakeholders.

A high school diploma or ged is the minimum requirement, though a degree is preferred, along with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Prior experience with disabilities or aba is a plus, and rbt certification is highly desired.
