Youth Development Specialist - Full Time Honolulu

The specialist plans and implements youth development and parent involvement projects, coordinating staff and volunteers while supervising youth in teen program activities. This role involves engaging with enrolled youth and their families, developing community relationships, and ensuring project outputs and outcomes are achieved through regular action planning and data collection.

Candidates must possess either a high school diploma or equivalent plus two years of experience working with youth, or an associate degree in a human services field plus one year of experience working with youth. The position requires performing duties under the direct supervision of a program supervisor or director.
