Faculty - Practical Nursing

Full-Time professors are responsible for planning, preparing, and executing lecture and laboratory-Based learning experiences, while also developing, evaluating, and revising curriculum to align with established learning outcomes. They must monitor student performance, serve on institutional committees, participate in college activities, and provide timely professional support to students.

Minimum qualifications require an associate's degree in nursing and an unencumbered active rn license in arkansas or a compact state, along with two years of related work experience as an lpn or rn in specified nursing areas. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's or master's degree in nursing, teaching experience, and familiarity with simulation and learning management systems.
