Patient Access Trainer

This role is responsible for delivering individual and group on-The-Job training to new and current support/Management staff to enhance competency in front-End processes, potentially involving travel to various clinics.

Candidates need an associate's degree in a related field plus two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with surgery scheduling and referral training experience being strongly preferred.
