Behavior Technician

Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans developed by a bcba or behavior specialist to target student behavioral goals outlined in ieps. This involves providing direct support using positive behavior techniques, collecting data on progress, and collaborating with school staff.

Candidates must be at least 18, authorized to work in the u.s., possess a driver's license and reliable transportation, and have strong english proficiency. A high school diploma or some college studies is preferred, along with previous experience working with children.
