The Behavior Technician implements behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs to support students with behavioral challenges in school settings. They are responsible for collecting data on student progress and collaborating with school staff to maintain a cohesive support system.

$22 - $28 per hour, depending on experience and education
Mon-Fri, following Inglewood Unified School District Calendar & Bell Schedule (August - June).
High School Diploma and/or some college studies (preferred).

Key Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
Driver's license and reliable transportation is a must.
Strong proficiency in English, including grammar, spelling, and reading comprehension.
Basic understanding of mathematics.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Physically fit enough to maintain an active role in the classroom and playground.
Previous experience working with children.
