Adjunct Faculty -Nursing Program- Mercy College

The adjunct faculty member is responsible for instructing students in a clinical setting within a given discipline and assuming responsibility for the clinical instruction of assigned courses. This includes facilitating a learning environment that encourages critical thinking, evaluating student progress, and maintaining appropriate records.

The minimum education required is a bachelor's degree in nursing, though a graduate degree is preferred. Preferred experience includes prior faculty or teaching experience at the collegiate level for three or more years.
