Expanding Possibilities Outreach Social Worker

The role involves providing short-Term, intensive case management, parent coaching, and counseling services to k-12 students, while building strong collaborative relationships with families and school teams. Responsibilities also include conducting intake interviews, developing individualized goals, participating in crisis support, and offering recommendations based on observations.

Candidates must possess a master's degree and have experience in school-Based services, youth and family support, or community outreach, along with a strong understanding of trauma-Informed care and family systems. A valid nys driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
