Summer Camp Counselor-Carroll IA

Counselors will lead engaging daily activities designed to promote learning, teamwork, and confidence among campers while ensuring a safe, supportive, and positive environment for all participants. This role involves collaborating with fellow counselors and communicating daily experiences with the campers' families.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged; cda coursework or related college coursework is preferred. A year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred, and all candidates must pass required state and company background checks.
