Sports Based Youth Development Specialist - Basketball

The coach will execute the sports-Based youth development (Sbyd) curriculum, leading athletic skill development sessions, coaching teams in competitions, and delivering health education while upholding core values. Key duties also include extensive student monitoring, documentation, outreach via calls and home visits, and collaborating with staff on student support strategies.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and demonstrate a strong commitment to the organization's mission and core values, specifically teamwork, leadership, and communication. Essential qualities include the ability to multitask effectively, a commitment to restorative practices, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for serving at-Risk youth.
