Coding Quality Reviewer Educator - Remote

The him coding quality reviewer & educator ensures the accuracy, integrity, and quality of coding practices by thoroughly reviewing clinical documentation, coding, and billing processes for compliance. This role is also responsible for educating and training coding staff on best practices and guideline updates to improve performance and revenue cycle efficiency.

Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of experience, with 6 to 10 years preferred, demonstrating proficiency in inpatient coding, icd-10, pcs coding, and/Or complex outpatient coding areas. A high school/Ged is required, and candidates must hold one or more specified coding certifications like rhia, ccs, or cpc.
