Adjunct - Clinical Instructor

The clinical instructor is responsible for directing, managing, and evaluating pre-Licensure nursing students' learning in approved clinical or laboratory settings, ensuring adherence to college and facility policies. This role also involves administrative duties such as maintaining professional knowledge, participating in course development, and serving as a liaison between the clinical agency and the school of nursing.

Candidates must hold an active registered nurse (R.n.) license in maryland and possess at least two years of recent clinical experience in the relevant specialty area, with a minimum of a bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn); an msn is preferred. Essential competencies include strong organizational skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to effectively communicate and resolve delicate situations with faculty, students, and staff.
