Early Head Start Floater

The floater primarily serves as a classroom substitute when regular staff is absent and assists in maintaining required program ratios. This role involves providing opportunities for children's physical and cognitive growth within a safe environment while assisting teachers in delivering quality activities.

A high school diploma or ged is required for this position, and candidates must obtain a child development associate (Cda) credential within eighteen months of starting. A minimum of six months of experience working with toddlers and pre-School age children is preferred.
