Certified Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians implement individualized aba treatment plans under bcba supervision by conducting one-On-One therapy sessions, utilizing positive reinforcement, and accurately collecting data on client progress across communication, social interaction, and adaptive behavior domains. Responsibilities also include monitoring client changes, assisting with progress reports, and collaborating with families and team members.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, and must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation. Experience implementing aba programs or working with children with special needs is beneficial, alongside a strong commitment to the role and a passion for helping children.
