Core responsibilities
The teacher assistant floater assists the classroom team in maintaining a safe, healthy, and high-Quality learning environment that advances the development of the whole child. This role involves facilitating a balance of group and individualized experiences to promote school readiness skills and requires traveling among classrooms/Sites as directed.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have access to reliable transportation and maintain minimum liability insurance, with a requirement for a cda or early childhood professional level ii credential, or the plan to obtain one within two years. Applicants must also be able to lift up to 40 pounds and successfully pass pre-Employment screenings including a physical exam, tb test, background check, and drug test.
